Apartment homes include modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite stone countertops, in‑home washers and dryers, spacious closets, and private balconies or patios in all residences.

What parking options are available?
Parking options include on‑site surface parking. For convenience, you may upgrade to reserved parking at a cost of $10/month, or covered parking for $20/month.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, renter's insurance is required for each resident. We require a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage.
Can furniture be replaced in the apartment/bedroom?
All provided furniture in our apartments must remain in its assigned room and cannot be removed from the apartment. If any items are missing or out of place, you may be charged for the relocation and/or replacement of those furnishings.
What utilities are included?
Your lease includes internet, trash, water, sewage, maintenance, and pest control, so most of the essentials are taken care of! The only separate utility is electricity, which is billed monthly through your resident portal for easy and convenient payment.
When and where do I pay rent?
You’ll have access to your resident portal where you can log in to pay rent each month or set up automatic payments for convenience.
- Rent is billed on the 1st of each month
- You have until the 3rd to pay without a late fee
What should I do if I have an emergency or get locked out?
If you're experiencing an emergency or are locked out of your unit outside of office hours, please call 304-598-0700 and follow the prompts for our emergency on-call service. We're here to help, day or night!
Can I break my lease?
The only exception for breaking a lease is due to a military transfer, if you're currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. Please contact the office for full details and documentation requirements.
While there’s no standard option to “break” a lease, we do offer a lease takeover process to help you find someone to assume your lease. This requires:
- Management approval
- A $350 lease take over fee
- Completion of additional paperwork
