What are the parking options?
Do you offer limited liability leasing?
Yes. At Domain, you’ll never have to cover rent for a roommate who graduates or transfers. Thanks to our individual leases, you are only responsible for your rent and no one else's.
Do you accept guarantors?
Yes, we do accept guarantors—someone besides the resident who is financially responsible for the lease agreement. This person must reside in the United States and have a social security number or valid ITIN number.
Is your community only available to students?
No, anyone who meets our qualifications is welcome.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes! Our optional roommate matching program connects residents with similar hobbies, interests, sleep schedules, and study habits.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, all units come fully furnished with a 42” flat screen TV in every living room, full-size washer and dryer, and full-size, gourmet kitchen appliances.
Is there a shuttle to campus?
Yes! Our community offers three private shuttles with GPS tracking to take you to WVU's Evansdale, Downtown, and Health Science campuses for free!
Which utilities are included?
At Domain, you will not be responsible for setting up any utility accounts. Your monthly payment includes rent, Internet, cable, water, sewage, and trash. Electricity is not included in your base rent but is billed through your Domain Resident Portal account based on actual usage within your apartment. There is a $5 utility service fee per resident per billing cycle.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, we require each lease agreement to have a minimum of $100,000 in Personal Liability Coverage. You can acquire a policy from Assurant by visiting http://directrenterins.com or by calling 1-866-786-1721. You can also purchase a policy from another insurance company of your choice as long as the coverage meets our lease requirements.
